How to spot ghost jobs on Seek
kery.io can estimate ghost-job risk on a Seek listing after you paste the public job URL into your free dashboard. It uses listing age, reposts, closed status and related postings it can verify. The Chrome extension does not currently one-click save Seek ads. A score cannot prove a Seek job is fake or genuine.

Seek is the main job board in Australia and New Zealand. kery.io is not affiliated with Seek. You can still add a Seek role to your tracker and run the same ghost-job checker used for other public URLs.

The published Chrome extension currently matches LinkedIn and Indeed job pages only. Do not expect a Seek save button unless the Chrome Web Store listing says so. Ghost-job risk and repost checks are posting-history guides. They do not prove a job is genuine or fake.
Signals that are useful on a Seek ad
Use kery.io as a history check, then look at the ad itself:
- How long the listing appears to have been up.
- Whether the same title and employer keep coming back.
- Whether applications are closed.
- Whether the same role is also on LinkedIn, Indeed or a careers page.
