Job application tracker

kery.io is a job application tracker for people who are applying now. Save LinkedIn and Indeed with the free Chrome extension, or paste Seek and other URLs. Ghost-job risk and interviewer notes sit on the same row. A free account includes weekly analysis limits; the optional pass is A$5/week plus tax where applicable.

kery.io keeps the jobs you are considering in one Live Dashboard. You move each role through Saved, Applied, Ghosted, Interview, Rejected and Offer, and you can see listing risk and interview notes on the same row instead of hunting through spreadsheets and email.

What you can do today

  • Organise applications. Add a job by pasting the link and details, or save LinkedIn and Indeed pages with the Chrome extension.
  • Track stages. Use the board or table to move a job across Saved → Applied → Ghosted / Interview / Rejected / Offer. A Sankey view shows how your pipeline is flowing.
  • Keep search information in one place. Company, title, job link, notes, ghost-job risk, repost history and interviewer context sit on the job row.
  • Evaluate a listing before you apply. Read ghost-job risk, then run Fit Check and ATS Readability Check if the role still looks real.
  • Prepare for interviews. Add the interviewer’s role and seniority, and paste public posts if you have them. kery.io writes simple notes on what they may care about. How a typical week looks

  1. Save or paste roles as you browse.
  2. Check ghost-job risk and skip or deprioritise listings that look recycled.
  3. Run Fit Check on the ones you still want.
  4. Move the job to Applied when you submit, then to Interview or Ghosted based on what happens.

There is no automated email follow-up or calendar reminder in the product today. You update the stage yourself.

Plans

The tracker, Chrome extension, ghost-job signals and Community Log are included on the free plan. Fit Check (10/week), ATS Check (10/week) and Full Application Analysis (3/week) have weekly limits that reset Monday, Sydney time. The Active Job Seeker Pass is $5 AUD per week plus tax where applicable, with higher limits. Details are on the homepage plans.
