ATS resume checker for Australia

kery.io’s ATS Readability Check shows a plain version of what applicant-tracking software is likely to extract from a resume you upload or paste. It is for job seekers applying through Seek, LinkedIn, Indeed, APSjobs and employer sites. A free account includes weekly checks; it does not prove an Australian employer or the APS will parse your file the same way.

What the parser view shows

Many Australian employers, including those who advertise on Seek, still run resumes through software before a person reads them. The ATS Readability Check is a plain view of fields our check can pull out. If your name, dates or skills are missing here, they may be missing in a real parse too.

It does not show ranking, keywords an employer secretly uses, or whether you will pass a Seek Easy Apply or APS process.

Seek and APSjobs

  • Seek: common for private-sector roles in Australia and New Zealand. Pair this check with Fit Check against the Seek ad text.
  • APSjobs: the Australian Public Service jobs board. Selection is based on the vacancy and agency process. A readable file helps; it is not a merit assessment.

Questions people ask

Does this check the Seek or APSjobs parser?

No. It shows a generic plain-text extraction: name, dates, work history and skills as our check reads them. Seek, APSjobs and each employer ATS can still differ.

Will a clean parser view get me a government job?

No. APSjobs roles have their own selection rules. Use the check to catch missing text, then follow the vacancy instructions.

Is it free?

A free kery.io account includes 10 ATS Checks each week. The Active Job Seeker Pass raises that to 50. Limits reset every Monday (Sydney time).
