Resume Quick Tips
Don’t send the same resume to every job it used to work but I don't think it works anymore. Take the time to understand what the employer is actually looking for, then make sure your resume reflects those specific requirements. Look at the job description closely and maybe read it through a couple of times to understand it better. What skills, experience and strengths are they asking for? If you have them, make them easy to spot in your resume.
