Resume Quick Tips
Your resume will need to get through ATS but don’t forget there’s a real person reading it on the other side as well (hopefully). Don’t stuff your resume with keyword after keyword just to try to beat ATS. And definitely don’t use tricks like hiding keywords in white text. It doesn’t work, and it can make your resume look like you’re trying to game the process. Use your relevant keywords where they genuinely fit, but keep your language natural. Write the way a real person would describe their experience not like you copied a job description and pasted it into your resume.
