Nothing but respect for Philips based on how the whole interview process went. HR was very open from the start and was easy to talk with them. Had panel interview with hiring manager and another panelist. Went absolutely great as tell. Did not hear back for a long time about 2 months but HR called me after I got the rejection email and did apologized for not calling me before. They provided me with a very clear information based on the reasons why I was not selected which totally made sense (others had more experience in the medical field as this was Phillips medical department position) and I was very happy at the end how they provided more information than other companies provide (AI rejection email anyone). HR are human job seekers are human, just call us let us know why we were not successful and we as job seekers will be happy to get that feedback and will remember the way you treated us like human beings. Thank you Phillips.
